We are actively developing a dedicated mobile app for extreme weather reporting, so people in the field can quickly send structured reports directly from their phone.
Users will be able to choose a weather type (for example tornado, lightning, or floods), attach one or more photos, and submit a severity level with a short written description.
The app will be available soon for Android devices on Google Play first, followed later by an iOS release for Apple iPhone devices on the Apple App Store.
The goal is to improve real-time situational awareness by combining user-submitted visual evidence with our weather data stack.
